Also, during the month, employees will be able to receive set lunches consisting of healthy dishes. Moreover, each employee will receive a flyer with tips that can be used during the program (Chaturvedi & Rathore, 2021). Accordingly, it is possible to restore the psychological and physical condition of employees working from home in one month.
Program Overview & Needs Analysis
The overall goal of the program is to have a positive impact on the health of the employees and to help create a more motivated team. Therefore, this program is essential to teach remote workers to take care of their health. Otherwise, psychological and physical problems will lead to fatigue, stress, and constant sick leave. Thus, the efficiency of work in a team that works online will decrease. For example, during the pandemic, Starbucks initiated a training program called Starbucks Mental Health Fundamentals (Santa Barbara et al., 2022). This helped staff at home to cope with the problem and separate home affairs from work issues.
Many programs on the market today offer solutions to certain aspects of problems. The uniqueness and innovation of this program lie in the fact that in a short period, it is provided not only to enhance physical and mental health but also to establish a healthy diet for employees. Thus, the company uses a comprehensive strategy to ensure that people are fully recovered. Moreover, the program is also aimed at training; each worker receives a brochure with essential advice from psychologists, nutritionists, and trainers (Santa Barbara et al., 2022). Thus, the concurrent advantages are the programs comprehensiveness, which enables the correction of the main problems and provides recommendations in the shortest possible time.
Program Planning & Requirements
The program plans that psychologists, nutritionists, and trainers will determine the needs of each employee. After that, it is required to make a schedule of training, delivery of necessary food, and a schedule of psychological coaching. Each employee receives a flyer with the programs that are made specifically for them and can use them after the program (Santa Barbara et al., 2022). During the program, workers who work from home every day should receive complex lunches that will suit their individual needs. Meanwhile, in the gym, the trainer will provide a training plan depending on the needs and capabilities of a particular person. To start the program, it is necessary first to collect data on the employees health status. Thus, a nutritionist, a psychologist, and a physical activity specialist will compile tips for each employee and organize their implementation during the month. For meal delivery, it is essential to find a restaurant with curated delivery. It is also necessary to coordinate the menu with the chefs of the restaurants a month in advance (Chaturvedi & Rathore, 2021). At the same time, the number of psychologists is also recognized depending on the size of the company. It is ideal to hire 2 or 3 psychologists who can provide attention to each employee.

It is important to note that each employee receives a certificate for the gym they indicated in the survey. Thus, they will be able to attend classes not far from home. The company will be able to verify the gyms attendance through the gym administrators feedback. Therefore, it is required to agree with the administrator on feedback and provide employees with trainers that meet their requirements (Chaturvedi & Rathore, 2021). Accordingly, two more managers are needed for organizational work, who will arrange the coherence of all three parts of the plan.
