Introduction

Statistics in any field are essential indicators of the dynamics of production processes. It solves many questions and complex problems in choosing a solution and mediating further tactics. For medicine, statistics are critical because they reduce error rates and expand the boundaries of employee control. With the help of medical statistics and modern technological capabilities, a high degree of accuracy in time and resource management can be achieved.

Discussion

I agree that without medical statistics, it would be impossible to manage medical services and build new treatment and prevention models. Statistics can reflect the validity of scientific facts, but the breadth of the sample and the conditions of the clinical experiment must be considered (Rebekah & Ravindran, 2018). Despite the merits of statistics for simple therapeutic decisions, care must be taken with complex cases that require increased attention (Dwivedi, 2022). Perfect statistics will probably never be attainable because it is impossible to describe all phenomena by averages or close to them. However, careful statistical processing and timely data verification can reduce errors and weaknesses in medicine. IT tools and artificial intelligence are currently driving the secondary control of data (Davenport & Kalakota, 2019). They allow large amounts of data to be analyzed, managed, and interpreted correctly.

Regarding the operating room nurses role, the medical staff affects the statistics, not us. First, the staff is responsible for any work, including staffing and outcomes. Staff is responsible for organizing the internal routines that lead to the generation of statistics: somehow, we learn the time and resources needed for a particular case (Rebekah & Ravindran, 2018). Secondly, it is the task of the staff to prevent accidents and reduce the effects of specific effects of the external environment. Healthcare costs should be increased to avoid overburdening nurses who have to monitor their performance and be responsible for incidents unrelated to their work. Statistics will reveal the total number of incidents and approximate patterns, but it is impossible to achieve safe care without secondary monitoring.

Conclusion

Medical statistics unlock the potential of employees to manage health services. In addition, IT tools and AI play a crucial role in how data are tested and applied in practice to refine treatment. The staff drives the results of statistical analysis, as they can act quickly on areas that fall out of the overall process. Nevertheless, a medically correct result cannot be achieved without secondary statistical monitoring.
