To explore the relationship between telecommunications and its importance economically, we will look at how the telecommunications infrastructure and usage (TEL) and foreign domestic investment (FDI) have shown to play a part of economic growth in twenty-one countries. Although TEL plays a bigger role, the article aims towards showing more of how FDI helps to contribute to economic development, the connection between FDI and TEL and integrates the data on twenty-one Asia countries over the span of 1965-2012 for further explanation.
