Rome and Greece are strongly identified with a culture, which credits heroes. The dynasties in ancient times would create their brave men and make them leaders who they believe in. The gallant notion has been passed on to generations through the word of mouth, to a point where it is now affecting the entire world. Human understanding of the term hero roots to these two empires (Haftci et al. 505). Todays depiction of bravery is no longer entirely a replica of the ancient peoples belief because of the internationalization issues. Irrespective of globalizations influence, which changes stories and makes the world more complex, the antique champions of today still share a commonality.

Todays concept replaces the ancients heroic myths by referring to them as super heroes. This concept makes them super when considered in the line of representation matters. According to Bigelow, the current heroes appear in comics, movies, and video games, though they are commonly impersonated to fit well in their roles (par 5). In recent years, comic heroes are uncontrollably becoming popular but act in a manner, which displays them sharing a mythical connection with the ancient stars (Haftci et al. 506). The only difference is the events the mythological brave men experience, which occur as a subject of evolution. The resulting events and patterns of intrepidness in the current and ancient period are similar. The resemblances occur because of adventures, which are exaggerated, and idealized expressions in reflecting peoples lifetime experiences.

The modern age period understands heroes as individuals with supernatural powers, who appear in some contexts as spectators. Black Widow as an illustration shows her as an actor in the Avengers film and a Russian agent. By agreeing to Nick Furys assertion, she joins the team shield (Haftci et al.,.507). She performs as a strong female fighter with extensive martial art skills. Her appearance in this movie reminds viewers of the Greek mythological goddess of Athena. Athena, from the Greeks perception, is Zeus favorite child and a female martial art trainee with outstanding skills. As a goddess, Athena can perfectly use her intelligence, although she had a just nature. In Greek mythology of heroism, Athena is a ruthless goddess, but her sense of justice appreciates her ruthlessness. Thus, modern heroes connect to ancient heroes because they all are individuals with supernatural powers, enough to serve those who need justice.

The current and ancient heroes are individuals empowered with special supremacies and gifts. The Perseus of the Greek god, for example, receives his empowerment from the gods. This actors task is to behead Medusa because all those who look at her change to stone. The powers are similar to Captain Americas, character of the film series by the name Avengers. The actor is mandated to destroy Red Skulls power, which threatens humanity. Thus, whether in the ancient or current context, the primary characteristic of these individuals is the ability to have extra-ordinary strength. The heroes receive their authorities through unique gifting and supremacies.

In conclusion, there is a strong link between ancient and current heroes. Mythically, the Greek and Rome dynasties are responsible for introducing the heroic phenomenon to the world. The ultimate consideration is that these supermen have similar events and supernatural powers with supremacies gifting. Therefore, it means the current and ancient champions connect in perspective as they operate to fight for the justice of their people to ensure harmonious living.
