It was indicated that a percentage of deaths among the people that are more involved in social networks is much lower than the rate of those who mostly prefer loneliness. The certain investigations were arranged in the late 1970s, which were about identifying the overall influence of social networks and social support. The investigations revealed that the men who had the least number of social connections had the mortality rate 2.3 times higher than the men of normal social connections. In its turn, the women with a small number of ties had the rate that was 2.8 bigger than the average women mortality indicator (Explaining Divergent Levels of Longevity in High-Income Countries, 2011). The investigation wasnt including the factors related to the aspects, such as physical activity, smoking, status and others. The influence of the particular network is related with the core of that network, and the social support is in the direct dependence on it. In this respect, it is clear that the aspects of social network and social support are interconnected. It could be also mentioned that there are many kinds of social support, which include emotional, material, physical support, and others. For example, the emotional support often helps human to reduce his stress condition (Explaining Divergent Levels of Longevity in High-Income Countries, 2011). In its turn, the material support represents a financial help, and the physical support represents practical, household kind of assistance. The social support could also provide the guidance and behavioral studying, what reflects on the humans world vision and lifestyle through forming his morality.
The relation between the social network influence and ecological aspect is extremely high. While having its range of activity and interests, each social network has a different kind of impact on the environment, and in particular, on ecology. It is interesting to mention that people that stay in the good health condition, more often pay attention to the ecological aspects. Therefore, their physical, mental and psychological position promotes the active position of performing decisive steps to improve the environment.
The Theories of Relief
The Theory at a Glance (2005) stated that the contemporary health promotion involves more than simply educating individuals about healthy practices (p. 10). Many specialists assume that health and wellbeing conditions are directly related to different levels of influence. Those levels include the wide spectrum of niches that correspond to the various social networks. The mentioned niches are influenced by the two key concepts of ecological perspective that represent the concept of the multiple levels of influence, and the concept of reciprocal causation, which are about the mutual interaction of human and environment (Theory at a Glance, 2005). For the situation to become improved, it is needed to impact those niches with the right strategic plans of the solution. The included niches consist of a few main levels that include intrapersonal, interpersonal, institutional and community levels. All of those levels are interconnected with each other and work as the single organism. The impact on any of those levels will cause the changes in all the rest respectively. And so, the relief plan should consist of a detailed and accurate strategy that would have multiple effects, and would influence each of the niches in a serial manner. The implementation of the plan should be started on the level of community, and further while smoothly moving from institutional to interpersonal and intrapersonal levels, and finally, directly affecting every single case. Such an approach probably would guarantee the quick results of the significant health and wellbeing relief on all social levels, especially in those that represent the lowest, and respectively suffer the most. The plan should include the novels in all spheres of interaction between the person and the environment, which would remove the possibilities of personal carelessness that often cause serious health problems, and guarantee the environmental capability to provide necessary care in a timely manner, what could significantly decrease the chance to develop a disease.
