Racism is a significant problem many people have to face in todays reality. I agree with Kendis statement that anti-racism is a dynamic state. When gathering data using one point at a time or multiple points, it is possible to conclude that the one-time or multiple-time observations are reliable if the data is dependable. Data obtained in a study through observations, interviews, or surveys should be consistent. A conclusion about the validity of the observations is reached when the research adequately measures the studys key concepts (Price et al., 2017). Anti-racism research should provide convincing results that one- time or multiple-time data points used are a dynamic state. Researchers should demonstrate that they are dedicated to progressively fighting racism in all aspects of life.

In essence, actions and expressions are the two elements of being an anti-racist. If one wants to shun racism, they must serve as an example by dealing with the mischief when it occurs. Besides, everyone should be ready to confront people who practice racism in all social spheres, such as health care system and education. Government institutions should refuse to implement policies which contribute to racism. Anti-racists should be ready to face resistance and prejudice such as being jailed because of their strong stand against this act. Dealing with racism in all aspects of life will ensure that future generations enjoy a society which values equality. In essence, an individual will no longer be judged depending on their skin color. Elements of action against racial injustices can be measured by outlining arrangements geared towards ensuring that all people are treated equally irrespective of their race and by establishing how one feels regarding racism.
