One of the best psychological aspects to enhance better lives is by training your mind to have positive thoughts. The best approach to achieve this objective is continuously to observe your thoughts. This will help identify various negative thoughts affecting you and develop a solution to deal with them. Another approach is to regularly look after your body and mind. In essence, taking care of ones physicality and mentality can influence their happiness and train their mind to be more positive. For example, healthy eating and regular exercise can help in improving ones mindset. More so, individuals can embrace positive thoughts by surrounding themselves with positive people.

For a Christian, it is essential to train your heart to be thankful in different life situations. One of the best ways is through always forgiving people who did wrong to us as this will enable quick healing and appreciation that all humans are prone to errors (Mohler, 2018). Another way of training your heart to be thankful is to appreciate and connect with God through prayer and fasting. Also, human beings can embrace thankfulness by embracing the concept of serving others (Mohler, 2018). Lastly, the best way to be thankful is to avoid continually comparing yourself with other people. In essence, embracing these concepts will be vital in helping people train their hearts to be thankful. On the other hand, the best way to train your eyes to see Gods hand at work in your life is by accepting that God is faithful and that He is the provider of all our needs as long as we keep faith in Him (Mohler, 2018). Ones mindset is essential in influencing their life and those who surround them. It is important to have a positive mindset that will bring hope and encourage others irrespective of their life situations. One of the scriptures that encourage positive mindsets for oneself and others irrespective of the situation is Proverbs 17:22, which states, A cheerful heart is a good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
