There is a widespread belief among people that self-awareness and control are responsible for all actions taken. However, in reality, some behavioral patterns and motives are controlled not by consciousness at all, but by the work of neurotransmitters. In other words, not all actions and decisions are controlled by a person, and therefore it is of great interest to study levers of influence. This paper is devoted to studying the connection between the three most famous representatives of neurotransmitters, whose properties have already been studied, and their effect on the human body.

First of all, emphasis should be placed on serotonin, a chemical class amine neurotransmitter with inhibitory effects on the nervous system and often attributed to the effect of achieving happiness serotonin, so that increasing the concentration of this neurotransmitter contributes to the overall improvement of mood. On the other hand, in people with low serotonin levels, the slightest problems can cause serious sadness. The opposite of serotonin is dopamine, which has an activating effect on nervous tissue. The effect of increasing dopamine structures is similar is an increase in self-confidence, satisfaction, and love. Dopamine is known to be associated with cognitive learning technologies supported by a positive stimulus.

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is another neurotransmitter with an inhibitory effect. Simply put, the inhibition of nerve signals with GABA allows the brain, not to overload itself and purposefully solve its tasks. Under the influence of neurotransmitter activation of energetic reactions of the brain, structures take place, which causes an increase in breathing frequency and glucose processing. It is worth saying that GABA relaxes a person, reduces the signs of nervousness, and acts as a sleeping pill.
