I am needing revision of the paper that I ordered. I have attached the instructions of the paper below that was previously given along with the paper I received. I am needing the second section completely changed. The articles that are to be discussed are attached. the second section should answer how do Becoming the Boss; What to Ask the Person in the Mirror; and Survival Guide for Leaders connect, align, support, and intersect with concepts addressed in the book The Servant.
in Section three: Is Silence Killing Your Company and The Power of Talk are not apart of HBR’s 10 Must Reads on Teams. They are apart of HBR’s 10 Must Reads on Communication. This section should connect, align, support, and intersect the following chapters of HBR’s 10 Must Reads on Teams with concepts addressed in the book The Servant: The new science of building teams, the discipline of teams, the power of small wins, when teams can’t decide, virtuoso teams, how management teams can have a good fight.
in section four: The following chapters of HBR’s 10 Must Reads on Communication are in section three: power of talk and is silence killing your company. Re-order to have them included in the fourth section.
Instructions:
The book The Servant, by James C. Hunter, serves as an easy to understand primer to Organizational Behavior and Leadership concepts. It dispenses with overly technical jargon, and gets to the heart of what makes for effective organizations and organizational cultures. Please do not misunderstand, Hunter’s book is chocked full of solid empirical research; it’s just not presented in a stuffy manner.
With the previous paragraph serving as the backdrop, I would like you to conclude this course by having you use concepts from The Servant as a template for the analysis of the rest of the course material you were presented with in this module. This final paper is asking you to use higher level reasoning and processing skills. This is a graduate-level final exam.
So, here is the big question that will guide your final paper: How do the specific course materials connect, align, support, and intersect with concepts addressed in the book The Servant?
Assignment Specifics:
The final paper should be no less than ten pages in length, 12-font, double-spaced. Your title page and reference pages do not count towards the ten page requirement.
Your paper should have the following underlined subheadings that address the big question above:
Section One – Introduction
Section Two – The Servant and Becoming the Boss; What to Ask the Person in the Mirror; and Survival Guide for Leaders
Section Three – The Servant and HBR’s 10 Must Reads- On Teams (only articles addressed in discussion board)
Section Four – The Servant and HBR’s 10 Must Reads – On Communication (only articles addressed in discussion board)
Section Five – The Servant and Online Lectures From the Course
Section Six – Conclusion (Specifically addressing what you hope to never forget from this course)
Each section is worth 35 points each and will be graded according to the (a) the quality of writing and (b) the depth of thought and coverage of key course concepts.
The remaining 30 points will be allocated to grammar (APA) and how closely you followed the formatting instructions for the assignment.
