England is the country that the student has chosen for analysis. The National Health Service is a tax-funded healthcare organization in England. The difference is that American healthcare organizations are funded through insurance programs like Medicare or Medicaid. Politics, culture, and other essential aspects affect the distribution of medical services based on the formulation of policies and rules for allocating resources based on the level of employment, the income of citizens, healthy food options, and more. These elements can harm the vulnerable population based mainly on social and political issues.

Englands health system focuses on understanding womens changing health and care needs throughout their lives, and this phenomenon additionally concerns maternal-child health. Disease management of communicable and non-communicable diseases differs regarding diverse programs and behavior recommendations. For example, the fight against infectious diseases involves the active and continuous cooperation of all British medical professionals to control and prevent the spread of severe illnesses in society.

The theory and practice of health promotion is a way to achieve a higher level of well-being for citizens. This is due to encouraging medical professionals to help patients appeal to self-management (Dineen-Griffin et al., 2019). Among the behavioral and lifestyle factors mainly affecting health or disease development, it is necessary to highlight the level of physical activity and the nature of nutrition (Shao et al., 2021). Smoking, alcohol consumption, or risky sexual behavior can become factors for chronic diseases.

The difference between healthcare systems in England and the USA mainly lies in the type, format, and features of public services. Healthcare systems in England are primarily associated with a decrease in inequality, whereas in America, the opposite trend is observed (Virk & Holmes, 2022). England provides its residents with a universal social protection system; healthcare systems combine private insurance and government subsidies in America.
