In the modern world, as opposed to the previously relevant belief that only strict instructions are to be followed in a formal setting, such as a workplace, creativity is a crucial trait for an employee. The demand for an inventive approach has been growing recently, as it is closely connected with several other factors, for example, a comfortable working environment.
