Community recreational league administration experiences a number of different concerns. The most widely spread problems recreational leagues usually face are the financial, planning, and organizational as it may be difficult to plan and organize the work of the league if a number of independent events have to be held. The volunteers work is really appreciated as the poor financing of the sphere does not allow the administration hire professionals and pay them salary.

Sport is considered to be one of the best activities for the youth in the modern world. Facing numerous problems associated with the drugs, drinking and other street activities, the recreational sports leagues may be really helpful in solving students problems. Community recreational leagues are considered to be the central parts in the community sports organizations which are aimed at inviting people of different age to participate in various kinds of sports.

There are a number of concerns the community recreational league administration should face. First of all, the programs are mostly voluntary based. Second, the financial problem has always been at stake as such recreational sports leagues have few resources. Third, even those recreational sports communities where the financial support is substantial may face the problem of organization of the planned facilities.

Two best examples of the relationships between sports administration and community relationships are the creation of the recreational program by the Students Association on the Saskatoon Campus of First Nations University of Canada and the financial support of the recreational opportunities of Detroit by NFL.

The Students Association on the Saskatoon Campus of First Nations University of Canada has been awarded with the grand to fund the recreational sport along with other entertaining programs. It should be stated that the first problem the administration had to face was the money distribution. Then, to get the funding, the organizations had to register and get a registration number. This was an obligatory condition for getting funding. Then, the organizations administration had to report about the development in different spheres, like recreational facilities, community infrastructure, etc. But, the initial costs are not the only problems the organization is going to meet. The daily practical needs are also important for the organization and its administration will have to deal with these concerns (Ledding, 2008).

Pointing to the NFLs helping hand, it should be noted that one of the main problems this recreational organization faces is the distribution of money among numerous activities planned. It is important to state that NFLs Youth Education Town (YET) in Detroit is going to consist of numerous extras, like a gym and locker rooms, game room, teen center, technology center and multimedia studio, learning center, arts and crafts center, community room and numerous other areas for youth programs (The NFLs helping hand, 2006, p. 170). The desire of the administration to implement a number of different celebrations and entertaining events may also create a number of problems as those should be carefully planned.

It is important to understand that the volunteer nature of the most recreation leagues is based on poor financial support. The administration should cope with this problem inviting more and more volunteers ready to work to cover the expenses. Better planning and management could also reduce the concerns connected with such organizations, but still, all the problems consist in inadequate financing of the sphere. According to the research conducted by Misener and Doherty (2009) sport organization as a unique subsector of nonprofit and voluntary organizations, has yet to engage a multidimensional framework to investigate the impact of organizational capacity on goal achievement (p. 461).

Thus, it should be concluded that the community recreational league administration has a number of concerns which should be considered before making an attempt to support those. One should clearly understand that being a voluntary sector, such organizations always have financial problems which create other difficulties.
