To predict the effort on health care quality if the changes above are implemented, it is proper to state that everything depends only on medical personnel. Although the government does not provide enough financing, the changes have to start among ordinary employees. Nevertheless, all the aforementioned aims and goals will make the health care system more efficient, patient-centered, and less expensive. If national medicine reduced some costs, it would not affect the hospitals profits. More patients would use health care services, which might improve the quality of life in the country as well.
