Target client population: young adults (18-35) and older adults (older than 55), men and women of any occupation and nationality, with middle to high income statuses, wishing to keep fit, improve their health, and contribute to their general well-being.

Goals: losing weight, keeping fit, burning fat, improving body composition, gaining beautiful figure, promoting healthy lifestyle, improving the cardiovascular system, improving the functional state of the joints, improving general well-being, strengthening muscles, improving the sleep quality, increasing the general endurance of the body, strengthening the respiratory system.

Health and body parameters measures

  • Improving the cardiovascular system: blood pressure and pulse; calculating heart rate for different load zones. Resting pulse (should gradually decrease); pulse immediately after the exercise (should not exceed the corresponding load zone); calculating heart rate during a prolonged cardio exercise for more than 5 minutes (should not go beyond the aerobic zone); the dynamics of changes in the resting pulse and heart rate in training with the same load for a long time (should gradually decrease).
  • Losing weight / improving body composition / keeping fit: weight; waist circumference; measurements of neck, chest, hips, legs, shoulder, wrists, and forearms circumference. General aerobic endurance (the ability to do moderate-intensity work and resist fatigue over a period of time).
  • Strengthening muscles: weight; waist circumference; measurements of neck, chest, hips, legs, shoulder, wrists, and forearms circumference. Measurements of the ratio of muscle to fat using skinfold caliper (measurement of the skinfold at four different locations: triceps, biceps, shoulder, and waist). Measurements obtained using a body composition analyzer (the ratio of bone, fat, and muscle mass, as well as the volume of water in the body).
