This will help to build trust and open lines of communication within the team, which is crucial for effective leadership.

Another area for improvement is the ability to serve as a role model. The best leaders lead by example and inspire their team members to emulate their behavior. To be a better leader, it is essential to model the qualities you would like to see in your team members and inspire them to be better versions of themselves (Wiewiora & Kowalkiewicz, 2018). This could include work ethic, positive attitude, integrity, and commitment to achieving goals.

In conclusion, having a clear vision and utilizing ones strengths and gifts are the most critical aspects of leadership development. Personal development in communication and being a role model are also crucial. A leader who can effectively communicate their vision and utilize their strengths while also being a positive role model will be able to inspire and guide their team towards success.
