Identify the key points that could have the largest impact on your organisation’s supply chain operations and management. How would you answer the concluding questions?
Address these points in your slideshow and oral presentation:
• Critically reflect on the article and identify specific global and domestic supply chain challenges and vulnerability issues that are highly relevant and important GO TRANSIT’s supply chain ecosystem. Explain why these are critical to your organisational context and supply chain operations.
• Apply Supply Chain Maturity model to assess your organisation’s SC maturity and readiness level. Discuss how the current level of your organisation’s supply chain maturity can impact its readiness to deal with challenges that you identified in the first point.
• Discuss managing and synchronising supply chain roles and extended relationships required to manage supply chain disruptions specific to your organisation .
• Choose one of the concluding questions from the provided article you have identified as particularly important to your organisation. Critically reflect on why the initiatives suggested by this question should be prioritised in the short term for your organisation.
