For this Assignment, you will continue to work on the problem scope for your community needs assessment plan. You will begin by creating a vision statement of what the problem of inclusion for individuals with developmental disabilities would look like if it were solved. A strong vision statement is only 1–2 sentences in length and clearly articulates the desired outcomes that you are trying to achieve. As you gather more information about the problem, it is common to revise and refine the vision statement. After creating a vision statement, you will consider how to prevent unintended outcomes/consequences. Unintended outcomes/consequences often occur when social change agents resort to implementing a quick fix rather than a long-term sustainable solution.
Review the Learning Resources on developing a vision statement. Focus on the strategies for developing an effective vision statement.
Review the Learning Resources on preventing unintended outcomes/consequences. Pay particular attention to the examples of unintended outcomes/consequences and the strategies that can be used to prevent them.
Reflect on the social problem that you selected for your Final Project.
Think about how you would create a vision statement that articulates what the problem would look like if it were solved.
Identify potential unintended outcomes/consequences associated with solving the problem. Consider how you would prevent the unintended outcomes/consequences.
How do I address the following components of the Final Project in one page, not including the cover or title page. Be sure to incorporate any relevant feedback that you received from your Instructor on last week’s assignment.

Develop a Vision Statement. Develop a vision statement of what the problem of inclusion for individuals with developmental disabilities would look like if it were solved. The vision statement should be 1–2 sentences long.
