Utilize the Prosci Project Change Triangle (PCT) framework to evaluate a project (preferably ongoing) in an organization (preferably Booz Allen Hamilton). Directions are outlined below and can be found in the Mod 2 Syllabus 2024-2025 FINAL.v7 attachment.

• Executive memo (≤ 2 single-spaced pages – see executive memo writing guidelines in the MemoGuidelines_MSMIT2024-25_updated attachment + limited appendices as appropriate (e.g., PCT)
• Due: December 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET
Your memo should utilize the following outline supported by details contained within an appendix:
1. Briefly describe the organization and project evaluated (additional project details can be provided
within an appendix if necessary).
2. Assess each of the four aspects of the PCT:
a. Success
b. Leadership/Sponsorship
c. Project Management
d. Change Management
3. Develop, and justify, a recommendation on how the project change management process can be (or could have been) improved.
