During the semester, each student can watch a video or attend a live jazz performance to review. The report should be typed, double-spaced, 1-inch margins, 12-point Times Font, and two pages long for each concert report (two complete pages). Include in your report the concert title and instrumentation, briefly describe the performance venue and physical surroundings, describe the composition you liked the most and why, describe the composition you liked the least and why, did this performance “transport” you out of your daily thoughts, or was it hard to stay focused? What emotions or images were evoked in you by the performance? You will receive the total points possible if the above format is followed. The title should be concert report 1 or 2.
