For the improvement of the companys nature of operations in terms of efficiency and customer delivery, the online feedback system will be incorporated by the firm. Customer feedback is vital for every firm that intends to meet customer needs (Cardoso, 2019). Customer satisfaction should be the utmost goal of every business venture. It is believed that a satisfied customer will always come back with another customer to make purchases. This, therefore, is among some of the reasons that the company is capitalizing on an online feedback system. This platform is very vital because it enables more interactions with customers.
