o Conclusion-Holdings: State the court’s holding/s, the reasoning supporting the holdings, and assess the persuasiveness of the court’s opinion. State the positions of any concurring or dissenting opinions, the reasoning behind the concurrences and dissents, and the persuasiveness of their reasoning. Give your opinion, with reasons, of whether you think the case was rightly or wrongly decided.
